When you cancel a booking (or your card charged more than once due to system failure) and are entitled to a refund then we will instruct the refund right away. The processing will take between 7 to 10 working days in the same channel of the payment. The refund amount depends on numerous factors such as the hotel’s cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees.
- 1) Cancelling within 24 hours of reservation made will be refunded 100%
- 2) Cancelling 24 hours before arrival date will charge 10% as processeing fee
- 3) Cancelling less than 24 hours before arrival date no refund will be applicable.
